Common Questions
- What does an inspection cost?
- Nothing. Our property inspections are free and come with no obligation.
- What will I receive after the inspection?
- A written condition report with dated photos, measurements, and a detailed repair or replacement estimate you can keep for your own records.
- Do you speak with my insurance company?
- If your insurer has technical questions about our estimate or scope of work, we're happy to answer them. Questions about coverage, policy provisions, or the value of your claim should be handled between you and your insurance company.
- Who decides whether to file a claim?
- That decision is entirely yours. We don't advise on whether to file or how to handle a claim — we simply document the condition of your property and provide a repair estimate.
- How soon can you inspect?
- In most cases, within a few days of your call.
From inspection to restoration
For each of the perils below, our scope is the same: hands-on inspection, dated documentation, and licensed repair or restoration work. We don't interpret insurance coverage or negotiate claims.
Fire
On-site assessment of roof, structural, and exterior fire damage with dated photo documentation, followed by licensed repair and rebuild.
Water
Moisture intrusion inspection, drying and mitigation, and repair of roof, decking, and interior water damage.
Mold
Independently licensed mold assessment (MRSA5363) and remediation (MRSR5423) — we scope, contain, remediate, and document the work ourselves.
Lightning
Inspection for strike-related roof punctures, burn damage, and structural impact, with a written condition report and repair estimate.
Wind
Uplift, missing shingle, and flashing damage assessment after high-wind events, plus code-compliant repair or replacement.
Hail
Hands-on hail impact evaluation of shingles, vents, and metal components with dated photos and an itemized repair estimate.
Hurricane
Post-hurricane emergency tarping, full structural and roof inspection, documentation, and licensed restoration to current Florida code.
Scope of work is limited to inspection, documentation, and physical repair/restoration performed under our Florida licenses. Any decisions about insurance coverage or claim value are between you and your insurer or a licensed public adjuster.

24/7 Availability
When a storm hits, secondary damage happens fast. Our crews are available around the clock for emergency tarping, board-up, and temporary weatherproofing to protect your property before a full inspection and repair.
